Tokyo-based jazz pianist Yuki Makita brings her soulful, lyrical style to Hong Kong for one unforgettable night of live jazz. Known for her expressive touch and elegant swing, Makita is an established presence in Japan’s jazz scene—recognized for her artistry, versatility, and emotional depth.
She’ll be joined by two Hong Kong jazz legends: Blaine Whittaker, a world-class saxophonist mentored by Wynton Marsalis who has performed with jazz greats and Canto-pop icons; and Sylvain Gagnon, a Montreal-born bass virtuoso with over 300 albums to his name, known for his global versatility and deep musicality.
